one problem so far

pros: advanced typing mechanics silent long battery life with AA batteries (i use energizer ultimate lithium) so you do not have to worry about recharging slim and fairly light cons: lacks backlight design flaw (i do not think it is a defect because i have already replaced the keyboard with logitech for this very reason and the problem remains with my new keyboard): I think due to the close proximity of the backspace button to mousepad, sometimes when you hold down the backspace key, you will start deleting text wherever the cursor lies in the body of the text instead of where you intended to delete text. This is quite annoying and does not happen all the time, maybe 1/10, 1/20 times you hold down backspace to delete text.

Good product

It is a quite good product. Even though some keys are not present (End, Home, PgUp, PgDn), they can be emulated with simple short cuts. It is a bit heavy, it uses 4 AA batteries. It is sturdy and well finished. The touch pas works really well with gesture and scroll.

Good

Its good for long distance use. If you computer is hooked to TV, you need keyboard and mouse pad and it has both. The mouse pad is better in this situation because sometimes I don't have a flat surface to use my mouse.

A premium experience

A colleague at work uses this and I was drawn to it by the size and quality of the trackpad. But once I got it, I am ultimately even more impressed by the quality of the keys and the typing action. Really comfortable and accurate. Highly recommend this product.

Slowness and lag

The keyboard has the right amount of weight to make it seem sturdy. If you're used to typing on a laptop or using Mac keyboards, the transition will be easier as some people might like to adjust the height. The trackpad is a nice feature when it works properly. I use Windows 8 and have experienced the trackpad sensitivity change where the cursor becomes slow. It's fixed once I restart the computer, but I haven't been able to find a workaround. It seems to happen when you login to more than user account and switch between one or more accounts (without logging out). I'm unsure if it's a power issue or software issue.
