Not everybody is a DJ, but it’s one of those things that most people appreciate in some way. Whether it’s dancing the night away in a nightclub or listening to a great set of tracks in your car, DJing seems to have become an art people are drawn to, and the power of smartphones today means you can do a little bit of it yourself. To be fair, the iRig Mix Mobile Mixer isn’t going to replace expensive DJ gear outright, but it is a good entry point into mixing tracks.

With the weather starting to show signs of spring (more in some places than others, of course), it won’t be long before camping season really takes off. Now, “roughing it” may imply that you keep your gadgets away from the outdoors, but there are apps meant to help you enjoy your time away from the daily grind.
Though it’s not exactly the same experience, iOS users can rejoice in knowing that Google Now, the personal assistant, search and voice activation suite, is now freely available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The 3.0 update of the free Google Search app was released today after weeks of rumours, and features almost everything offered in the Android version of Now.
Spring cleaning season does not just mean getting the garden, basement, and garage ready for summer.
Your gadgets could use a good dusting too, especially once you discover what sort of bacteria they're harbouring.
Ever heard of Qwerty Tummy? You don't want to hear of it.
Here's how to clean your phones, keyboard, towers, laptops, and screens:

Renting and buying movies online has been around for years, especially since Apple’s iTunes Store changed the industry and caused some very notable video rental stores to go belly up. CinemaNow first entered the Canadian market last year, and recently expanded its scope in the country with new apps for iOS and Android.
One feature introduced in Mac OS X Mountain Lion when it launched in the summer was the ability to use iMessage to send and receive messages with iOS users. If you haven’t tried it or haven’t found a use for it, it can come in real handy at opportune times.
One of the cool things about how ubiquitous Android is comes in how it integrates with other devices. Not everyone who has a Mac has an iPhone or iPad, and for those who prefer to have an Android mobile device, the File Transfer software is a simple way to manage the video, music and photos you copy over.
Ooh baby! OS X Mountain Lion is out today, so the operative question is—are you ready for it?
Actually, the more important question is whether your Mac (and apps) are ready for the upgrade. At $20 it’s a no brainer to want to make the jump, so in this post I’m going to help get you there.

No matter what you think BlackBerry could’ve or should’ve done as it relates to the announcement last week that BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) will be coming to iOS and Android, it’s a move that could make a lasting impact on messaging between smartphones. We won’t know for sure until it launches in the summer, but there’s no doubt that competing messaging apps will have to up their game.
Sony SRS-BTX500 represents the largest of Sony's X-Series line of universal Bluetooth Speakers but now featuring the added convenience of pairing by NFC (Near Field Communication) which is compatible with most modern smartphones.
If you have a Slingbox 500 or are thinking of getting one, you might be interested to know that it’s capabilities have expanded. A recent firmware update opened up a feature called SlingSync, which allows you to copy over content from your smartphone over to a hard drive connected in the back. The added benefit is that the box will also playback media files you already have stored on the drive onto your TV.
It’s not easy to imagine big sound coming out of a small package, which is what Sony endeavours to deliver here with its wireless Bluetooth Speaker Ball. The SRS-BTV5, which is the product’s actual model number, is a bit like a baseball, except it’s lighter and much more colourful. It’s meant to be versatile, but what it outputs in sound is what makes it tough to listen the way you’d like to.

It’s already widely known that Vevo is the go-to app for watching music videos on a smartphone or tablet, but what if you wanted to watch music videos based on songs you have in your own collection? MusicTV is a neat little app that does just that; it scours YouTube and plays a music video that matches the song you’re playing.
Picture this: After a long day at work and a hurried commute, you arrive home, light some candles, turn on some soft music, and sink into a shiatsu massage chair that kneads your achy back. Immediately, the day's anxieties begin to melt away! Sounds downright dreamy, right?
Luckily, you don't have to go to a day spa each time you need relaxation and stress relief. With busy schedules and tightened purse strings, more and more people are turning to products like massage chairs to create a home spa experience, and to take better daily care of their mind, body and soul.
Even if you don't have space for a massage chair in your home, you can still create a great home spa experience with a few essentials...
