How do I use the Cyber Monday Promo Code?

1. Add item(s) to your cart
2. Click 'Checkout'
3. At the Secure Checkout screen, scroll down to find 'Promotional Codes'
4. Enter promo code FSCyberMonday (case-sensitive)

Door Crasher offers are already crazy deals and won’t be eligible for the Cyber Monday promo code. The full list of excluded items is available below. The Cyber Monday promo code will not work in-store.

Are Cyber Monday deals available in-store? Can I pick up a Cyber Monday order in-store?

Cyber Monday deals are special, so they're only available online. During the sale, items can still be reserved for in-store pick up, but the Cyber Monday promo code will not apply to Reserve and Pick Up orders. If you want to take advantage of Cyber Monday, you’ll have to do it online.

What about shipping?

If your Cyber Monday order is over $20, and doesn't require Scheduled Delivery, you'll get free shipping. If you're interested in the legal-speak, check out our shipping policy. It's been on three best seller lists.

I wanted to purchase a Cyber Monday deal, but it's showing that it is sold out! What happens now?

The deals on Cyber Monday are pretty amazing, so they’re limited by both time and the amount of stock we have to offer. When we run out, we’re out.

Can I still use my eCertificate code during the sale?

If you have received an eCertificate code from futureshop.ca customer service, you can enter the code on the Cart page or the Review & Payment page during checkout. These customer service-issued eCertificate codes can be used at the same time as the Cyber Monday promo code.

IMPORTANT: eCertificate codes are easy to use for your online purchases, but you must have an account and a valid credit card to redeem them. Simply enter the code when you add items to your cart. Your credit card will be charged only if the total amount of your order exceeds the total value of your eCertificate.
