We have warehouses located in Ontario and British Columbia that can receive orders until 3pm EST and PST, Monday through Friday. To allow for speedy delivery, we ship products from the warehouse nearest your shipment’s destination. The same day shipping deadline on the product page counts down to the cut off time of the warehouse that is closest to your current location.

In some cases some or all of your products may only be in stock in the warehouse that’s farther away, or we may route your order to the further warehouse if you are shipping to a different region. In these cases we will ship each item as it becomes available at no extra charge. Please be advised that in certain cases this may prolong your delivery times slightly.

The following tables show the estimated delivery times (in business days) for Canada Post ground and expedited shipping. In certain cases carriers other than Canada Post may be used, and other factors outside our control (like poor weather) may impact delivery, so times may vary.

Exceptions

Same day shipping may not be available during certain times of year such as Boxing Week when our warehouses are processing very large numbers of orders. Shipment of your order may also be delayed due to external factors such as payment processing delays and weather conditions. Please note that same day free shipping is not available for some products and services, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Out of stock items
• Online-only items
