What do the online Product Availability terms mean?
In Stock: Usually ships the next business day. We will ship the product once we have confirmed that stock is available. Free Large Item Deliveries like furniture should arrive 4-6 weeks after you place your order. We’ll call you to book a delivery time. More information.
Out of Stock: Will ship when available. This product is currently out of stock in our warehouse and we have ordered more from the manufacturer. We are unable to obtain a precise date of availability from the manufacturer, but we are trying our best to confirm availability dates. The product will be shipped as soon as the stock is available.
Pre-Orders: This product has not yet been released. The date shown is usually the date we receive the product from our supplier and will begin shipping from our warehouse. Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you’ll get your product promptly after it’s released. Pre-orders also qualify for our Price Beat Promise, so you’re guaranteed the best price. Scheduled Delivery (for 44" and above TVs, appliances and furniture): Scheduled Delivery items require scheduling. An email will be sent to you with your delivery time as soon as we confirm that stock is available. Click here for Scheduled Delivery details.
Gift Card Delivery: We usually ship your gift card order in 1-2 business days.
