When does my Product Service Plan start?
Purchased in-store:
Your Product Service Plan, Product Replacement Plan, and Product Exchange Plan will begin on the date of purchase.
Purchased online:
Your Product Service Plan, Product Replacement Plan, and Product Exchange Plan will begin on the date your purchase is shipped, plus five days to allow for transit.
