With a Future Shop Product Replacement Plan, we won't repair your product -- we’ll replace it with a new one. Benefits include:

If your product is found to be defective under normal usage, we will provide a replacement credit for the full amount of the original price (including taxes) so you can purchase a new one.

Submit a Claim Online or By Phone
You can submit a claim 24/7 online or by phone by calling 1-800-663-2275. There is no need to come to a store or service centre.
