What you should know before a ConnectPro Expert visits your homeService available in-home for additional $50 fee.
For in-home services: For your safety, the ConnectPro Expert will show you proper identification upon arrival. You need to make sure that an adult (someone 18 or older) is present during the entire time a ConnectPro Expert is in your home. The Expert will need consent to enter your home, a safe working environment and full access to all the technology devices requiring attention.
