Very Good Unit

I have been using this unit for 2 months now, mainly multiple recordings and find this PVR easy to use & great onscreen display. Only small complaint is that you have to record the whole program, even if its a 4 hour event, you can't record increments of 30 minutes or more, which is what I would prefer sometime with long events.

Fantastic Unit for Recordings and more

I have been using this unit now for 4 months and no complaints. The is a big improvement over my DVR unit, although with the PVR obviosly you can't burn DVDs., since it only has a hard drive. I find its great and easy to record current and future shows, good on screen menu for recording & playback. Surpised at this price it doesn't come with an instruciton manual, which you must download from the internet.

Very Nice Unit

Big improvement over previous DVRs. Able to record many programs while away and easy to use menu for playback. Had this unit for 2 months now and so far no problems

Fantastic PVR for Recording!

This unit replaces my Sony DVR and this PVR is great to use for multiple recordings, other useful features and is easy to use on screen menu. Although at this price you would think Rogers can afford to include an instruction manual.

Absolute garbage!

We've had this piece of junk for eight months and I cannot believe that a reputable company like Rogers would sell such an overpriced and flawed product. It freezes up all of the time when scrolling through either the guide or the list of recordings, and must be rebooted. Sometimes the reboot itself freezes and must be rebooted! We've had Rogers technicians to the house twice and they act all surprised when we tell them how badly this PVR performs. Rogers techs should look at the hundreds of Nextbox 3.0 owners who have reported this freezing problem on multiple consumer-review websites.
