Love this Dyson vacuum!

This is the 2nd Dyson vacuum that I have purchased in the past few months. I was so impressed by the first one that I wanted another one. For carpets and bare floors it has superb suction and manoeurvability which is very different from any other vacuums available. I would happily purchase another one, if I needed it.

Not user friendly

This vacuum does have good suction but that's all, it's by far the worst vacuum I have ever used. I'm 5 ft 5 tall (average height) but after using this vacuum for usual cleaning my back is gone, the handle is too short, the ball is a nightmare to maneuver, the kick stand is a nuisance. When trying to do my stairs I live in an average two story home, the hose will not reach to the top so you have to balance the vacuum on the stairs. The hard fixed part of the hose is way too long so your arm is in an uncomfortable upward position and it's impossible to get in each corner without stepping over the hose each time you move from one corner to the other, save your money and buy a lift off Bissell, that's what I had last and I will be purchasing another Bissell for half the cost.
