Excellent Kettle

The only kettle I have found with no plastic parts inside and with a double wall. There are some stupid design flaws though: the base is unstable, the switch flimsy, handle poorly attached to the kettle, it will not turn off automatically when you remove it from the base, the lid closing mechanism is cheap, and the filter does not appear to be removable. If you can tolerate these defects and want a good looking and 100% stainless steel kettle that won't burn you and keeps water warm after boiling...this is the one.

Pour & Drip

Nice design, heats water quickly, but like another reviewer, this thing drips when pouring water out - with cover open or closed. Ridiculous design flaw. The water curls over the end of the spout and drips off the bottom of the kettle. You have to pour the water out really fast with the bottom above the top so water doesn't drip down. I'm going to contact the manufacturer.

Great Kettle

I've had this kettle for years and it is wonderful. It does not scale up like other kettles. I've actually just purchased a second one while they are available so that when the first one dies I have a replacement.

Good Quality and Price but a few missing features

Have had the kettle for about a month or so, and it heats water very quickly, has an auto shut off, a great look, and I like the fact that you can fill the kettle without dealing with a dangling electrical cord. the kettle does not have a fill indicator, so I never know how much water is in the kettle. Filling the kettle is a little tricky withe flip open top, not a lot of room to get the water in without splashing. And If you fill the kettle too much, the flip open top is actually in the water before you close it.

Best all stainless steel kettle I've found to date

I wanted a kettle without any plastic in the interior. Almost all the "stainless steel" kettles I've found have a stupid little volume indicator, made on cheap flexible plastic. This is one of the few kettles with an entirely stainless steel interior. No holes, pipes, or other spots for liquid to move to and cool. This model is also cheap enough that I bought 4 of them for crafts and other projects. When combined with a heavy duty rheostat, it works great for melting chocolate, wax for candles, even hot glue. I have several of these and not one has failed. The seamless interior and easily removable lid makes cleanup (and de-calcification) simple and very fast.
