Great

I am really pleased with the unit. Bought a second one for my bedroom. Not having the problems with loading and freezing that some people seem to have. I have had the units since the day they were released. I find lots of interesting content but did not cancel my TV subscription so the best of booth worlds.

Makes regular TV set a "smart" TV

My TV has a USB port adjacent to the HDMI port so powering up the ROKU was simple and convenient. The setup was also easy and quick. I also have a ROKU 3 and the only difference that I have noticed is that the remote for the ROKU HDMI Streaming Stick is not equipped with the earphone jack. Since I am not a gamer I cannot comment on that aspect, but I am completely satisfied with it.

Roku has NO Search feature in Canada

After difficulty getting Roku Chat Support to provide accurate answers to easy question I got it to work .... then shocked to learn none of the Roku products in Canada have the Roku Search feature which allows as user to search by Title, Actor Name or Director Name.

ROKU

I haven't used the ROKU for less than a month now...I only use it to stream Netflix and so far it has very good....no problems to report. The ROKU gets quite hot so when I'm done watching Netflix I usually pull out the power cord. Next time I need it I just plug it back in. The instructions do not tell you to do that, but I figure it can do no harm.
