Great customer service.

Talk time is good, conversation is clear, and very comfortable to wear all day long. The headset charges pretty quickly too. But best of all is the customer service. They sent replacement headset to me without much trouble. Thank you, Jabra!!!

The best I had so far

I had it since Boxing Day and the by far the best I had (from 5-6 headsets). Confortable and light you forget you have it on - I never used the hook. The sound is very good, strong and clear. I can talk while I'm driving on hayway with the window cracked, and the other side can hear me (that was really important). I was using it all the time, even at home or on the street. I so light and small that yoyu can lose it (I lost mine) Con: sometimes I was hearing static in open space, when my phone was in my pocket on the right and the headset was in my left ear. Sometimes in the wind the other complain about noise, but was still better than talking on the phone (without headset) My overall result is 4.5

Awesome, but one small flaw

I've had this bluetooth for about 6 months now and it's honestly one of the best ones I've used. I've owned BTs from Motorola, Blue Ant, & Jabra. The sound quality is awesome; crystal clear and never had any interference/static whatsoever. The fit is comfortable and the pairing is very easy. Also, the fact that you can listen to your music is pretty cool too. It also comes with a VERY convenient car charger! The only drawback is the battery life doesn't last too long. It's advertised as 5.5 Hrs of talk time, but I'd say it's closer to 3 hrs. However, I was told by Jabra that I may have bought a lemon because it definitely should last longer. Not a big deal for me bc I purchased warranty with it. Other than the battery life, it's AWESOME! Highly recommended.

Jabra extreme BT540

I've been using bt since it first came out. Used alot of motorolas at the beginning and ended up with jawbone noise assassin for about three years, I still have it bit the battery is weak. I bought a jawbone prime from Costco last year and it worked pretty much the same as my gen1 jawbone but it just dies the other day after calling out 20+ ppl one after the other while it was paired to my iPhone sitting on my desk. Back to Costco it went. Spent a day reading reviews on all bt handsets. Not many places to choose in bby. Walmart, bestbuy, futureshop. I didn't want to spend over $100 so o ended up with this jabra, my 1st. So far I am pleasantly surprised with it. It let's me listen to iPod, my baby cams and various other apps that offer sound when my jawbone wouldn't give me this awesome feature. It's not uncomfortable, it looks ok I've got my fingers crossed that it will live up to my expectations of driving with window open and public places etc

Talk time and Standby Time

No doubt it is comfortable and good sound quality, but as they claimed 5.5 hours talk time and 10.5 hours stand by - it is totally wrong. I bought it last week and i have compelled to return it as even i used for 30 minutes talk in a day, and next day it needed to rechage again. I did it continue 4 days and finally returned it to store.
