very low quality

This is just bad. My Breville one makes good coffee. This tastes awful somehow. It also spills over with water and coffee fairly often.

Keurig coffee maker

Well i bought this coffee maker as a present to my sister;,and she is in love with the machine, says her coffee is just perfect everytime, and prays never to go out of coffee, so yes, i am very pleased with this purchase.

Mr & Mrs

We love our machine & have had for bout a year! We did have an issue & phoned Kerug & customer service rep was very helpful & we were able to resolve issue & it's working great again! I am willing to pay the price of K-cups for the convenience! & am thrilled we found a great Starbucks K-cup coffee!! You do really need to keep up with the cleaning of the machine & no problems!

THE BEST EVER!!

I have had the Keurig now for two years -- YES you are right about the water!! The first one lasted about 6 months before it started acting strange - not brewing properly or stopping mid cup, etc. But Keurig was amazing in the Customer service Dept and we ended up getting a new one sent - no problem! NOW, I realize, that it was our hard water - we are on a well - that wrecked it. The water also was affecting our dishwasher. So we got a water treatment just before we got our new Keurig, which we have had for one year now - NOT ONE PROBLEM - just great coffee! We are totally addicted to Keurig! and I order coffee online, free shipping to my door. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! So, if your Keurig is acting up - don't necessarily blame it - check your water!

Buy a Better One!

This does not have a removable reservoir so you have to bring a glass of water and fill it each time. It also has a clumsy method of showing water level so you don't know exactly how much you have place in the machine. Mine never worked at all. It tried heating then would not brew and just shut off. Really, really poor quality.
