Smooth and easy. You'll go through a couple of mugs of this in a sitting. No bitterness, but flavorful. Good day to day choice if you're not in the mood for a hit of "bold". Careful on the mug size though - tends to get thin if you crank up the size.
I usually drink a darker roast but decided to give the blonde roast a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by this offering which has absolutely no bitter aftertaste and is extremely smooth and mellow. It left me wanting more immediately after I downed my 10 oz cup very quickly - something I rarely do.
