Thank goodness for the product replacement plan!

I got this machine a year and a half ago. It worked great for the first couple of months, then it started brewing short. Meaning I would only get a half a cup, no matter what size I chose. I cleaned it as directed and it worked alright. Then after a couple months it started shorting the cup size again. Now I must say, I am a one a day coffee drinker, so it isn't like I was using this all the time! I also used the bottled water as instructed. I cleaned the machine once a month and it never went back to brewing the correct cup size. I Had a friend over for coffee one morning, so I was going to brew 2 coffees this day instead of the usual one. I brewed the first cup, and went to brew the second and the machine was off. I pressed the power button and nothing. I unplugged it, and plugged it back in, still nothing. I tried other outlets, and nothing! It just died! No warning! So incredibly upset that a machine that costs as must as this one does would last barely longer than the manufacturers warranty! Thank goodness I paid for the product replacement plan on this one!!

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I am very happy with my Keurig. I wanted a nice looking, simple to use, fast coffee maker. It does all of this. Very happy and would definitely recommend this product. Fast shipping by Future Shop!

A saving on drive thru coffee

Had a Tassimo first for home. Bought a Keurig for work......that was it, the coffee was excellent with wide choice of flavors. I now have another one for when I'm back home. No need to buy coffee at M's or Tim's. The Tassimo is now collecting dust.

Great little machine...

Have been using this for over a year now, and have never had any issues with the machine, the K-cups can be an issue, some of them are not put together correctly and coffee grounds end up leaking. Clean the machine up, put in a new K-cup and it works fine again. Love how you can use just hot water, use your own coffee, or purchase one of the many different types of coffee Keurig offers. Sadly not all of their products are sold in Canada, due to custom issues, but they claim they are working on that. Until that happens, I have to give them a 4/5 rating.

Excellent

Bought this three years ago and use daily. No problems, and the coffee is very good. If you like moderately strong coffee, you may want to stick to the strong or dark types of k-cups; the standard can become watery if used on the larger mug-sized cups. Also stick with distilled water and clean machine regularly to prolong life.
