Overall good value; fair turntable

We bought this microwave to replace another manufacturer's model we had had for over 8 years. We've had it a few months now and are generally happy with it. Operation is simple, and it's easy to clean. It is a little louder than our previous microwave. I guess our biggest issue with it is the turntable. The roller wheel ring which sites between the turntable plate and the axle/cog frequently wanders, and often needs to be re-positioned between uses. It seems to remain in position while operating, but seems to easily get misaligned while placing thins into or out of the oven.
