Well its good

I bought this and had it for a month and just be aware that there are ALOT of wires and what happens is these wires crumple together and get tied in knots and its frustrating. Eventually it stopped working, the power wouldn't light up, but otherwise it was okay for the time it lasted

Honest review

After weeks of use I have to say this headsets worth the price... Here's my opinion in the 3 most important categories.... Sound: if u set it up the right way with the hdmi adapter the sound is phenominal 9/10 the surround is fairly accurate.. Without the adapter I still give the sound 8-8.5 you will not be disappointed in the sound quality. Comfort: the headset feels sturdy as if it's made strong definitely feels like a strong headset and for the people with glasses like me who have a hard time finding a good headset that fits with glasses this is good.. Slightly tight on the head but in a good way as if the headsets going nowhere Chat: the chat is really clear and there are two separate volume control one for chat one for game... The only negative parts are that the volume bar doesn't have a clip to attach it to ur cloths so it doesn't move and the cable for the connection to the box and TV is very long and easy to trip over. But if those two point don't bother you then it's a perfect headset for the price. For first time buyers of surround sound headset this is the best. I for the price. Also there is a voice monitor which is extremely helpful to those who wanna play quietly cause with loud noises in game u might start yelling but with these u hear ur voice so u know how loud u are and if u can hear urself then others can hear you... And there isn't a delay on the voice feedback All in all I'm fully satisfied with this product Enjoy and happy gaming

Good Enough For Xbox

I've done mostly PC gaming and recevied this item for Christmas. My brother's complained that the Kinect I was using just didn't let them game enjoyably with me. The headphones are great, very comfortable and have more sound controls that other (PC) headsets I've used. The sound is very good. Quality of components seems good. My quibbles are the cables. I'm used to using one usb connection and that's it. To use this with my 250 GB HDMI Xbox, I have to plug into the USB port, plug into the controller and then plug the RCA jacks in my TV audio out and then mute the television. Seems a lot to do just to get sound out of a console. Other minor quibble is that mute button is a slider switch which is not as convenient as a rocker or bubble switch. Bonus points for being able to use with my PC. Overall, a very good product, just not perfect.

This is a great headset for gaming!

When I am gaming I can hear so much more than I can with my soundbar and subwoofer. All the mids highs and lows are clear and the bass is pretty good. They also have a good microphone. But there not the best for music.
