What qualifies for Scheduled Delivery?
All products indicated with a “Scheduled Delivery” label require a scheduled delivery because of their size and weight. Some examples are major appliances and some larger screen TVs. How delivery works:
- When your order is processed, we will schedule a delivery date and time and email you the details.*
- If you want to change the delivery date, simply tell us and we'll change the date for you. **There's a link to email us in your scheduling email.
- When the delivery arrives most carriers will uncrate, place and connect the product(s) within your home.***
NOTE: We do not connect any gas or built-in appliances, and plasma and LCD TVs are visually inspected only. We cannot carry out any electrical or plumbing work to connect any products.
*Most locations receive a scheduled delivery -- where we cannot schedule a delivery, our carrier will call you to set up a convenient date and time with you directly.
**We need notification prior to 48 hours of the original scheduled delivery date
***Some carriers can deliver to your door only. If this applies to you, we'll make this clear in our scheduling email. Dishwashers are not uncrated at the time of delivery.
