Future Shop Recycling Terms and Conditions
- All drop offs are final. Equipment and media (“Equipment”) will not be returned or recalled for any reason.
- Future Shop may refuse to accept any equipment under this program for any reason.
- All contents of the kiosks become the property of Future Shop. Removal of any contents will constitute theft and be treated accordingly.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA: You are solely responsible for backing up, removing and/or erasing all data, personal information, software, and/or files (“Materials”) from Equipment submitted under this program. You agree that Future Shop is not responsible or liable for any loss, disclosure, deletion or use of such Materials or Equipment by any person or for any purpose.
- The drop off kiosk is not secure and any Materials or Equipment may be accessed by third parties. Future Shop assumes no responsibility for securing or monitoring access to the Materials or Equipment and is not responsible for any actions by third parties.
- NO CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS: Do not submit any contaminated Equipment or Equipment that may be contaminated with chemicals, biological agents or other substances not contained in the original new equipment or consistent with normal consumer use.
- You understand and accept that you will not be reimbursed for any Equipment or Materials submitted under this program.
The equipment may be sent to a third party for disposition, including third parties that are located in the United States or other countries. You agree that Future Shop or such third parties may resell, repurpose, reuse or otherwise dispose of the Material or Equipment in any matter at its sole discretion. Future Shop is not responsible for the actions of such third parties.
